Helpdesk Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

  • Logging all tickets with complete and pertinent details
  • Acting as the single point of contact to the user for all IT related requests
  • Answering phones, dispatch ticket queue, & answer emails
  • Providing resolution to level one incidents
  • Alerting management when necessary for high visibility and critical issues
  • Maintaining documentation for all Service Desk and end user processes and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Fielding inquiries/problems and provides updates to all users on progress and completion of requests
  • Following up with users until issue is resolved
  • Providing a concierge/white glove level of service

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in IT Service Desk for phone support
  • Proven experience with, Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2013/2016
  • Experience in configuring and supporting Blackberry, iPhone and Android devices in Microsoft Exchange based networks
  • Experience in using a Trouble Ticket system
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills, motivation, reliability, and a self-starter attitude

We’d love to see:

  • Desk side support and Financial Services experience
  • Citrix experience
  • Airwatch or equivalent MDM experience
  • Experience working in a 100+ user enterprise environment with a broad range of technologies with a strong focus on Microsoft networking and MS Office applications
  • Procurement experience
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
