Our client a fast paced growing creative firm is seeking a Corporate Recruiter. The firm has excellent corporate culture and supports internal growth and progression. The correct candidate will proactively source candidates for the company, and work with collaboratively with management and  division leaders. 

-Review candidate resumes and applications, and build pipeline for future openings, including establishing relationships with college career departments

-Manage candidate experience including phone screens, interviews, follow-ups and reference checks

-Own and manage employee utilization

-Run the weekly Resource Allocation Meeting, produce reports for the senior staff and the MMR document and proactively find opportunity to rebalance staff to prevent burnout and under-utilization

-Use this analysis to inform recruiting decisions

-Develop and implement a college recruitment plan with selected top universities for SF and NY internships. 

-Responsible for maintaining and updating company-wide pay band structure, including analysis of competitive salary rates

-Educate and train employees on appropriate interviewing techniques and company policies 

-Provide recruiting metrics to executive team

-Establish, implement and maintain an effective onboarding and off boarding program for the New York office

-Ensure HR forms, documents and files are up-to-date

-Help with planning and coordination staff events and retreats (joint effort)

-Research current recruiting trends and best practices
